Job Description

Job Title - AEM Developer

Location - Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Duration - 6 Months & Extendable

About the role:

  • As an AEM Developer you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital asset management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Adobe Workfront. You will work with development and business teams to implement workflows, automation, metadata management, and integrations across Adobe and third-party platforms.

Essential Functions

  • Configure and manage AEM Assets / DAM, including metadata schemas, asset taxonomy, tagging, permissions, and asset governance
  • Design and maintain asset workflows for ingestion, approval, versioning, and publishing
  • Configure and automate Adobe Workfront workflows and business processes
  • Develop Workfront Fusion scenarios and integrations for asset management and workflow automation
  • Integrate AEM Assets and Workfront with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services
  • Develop integration solutions connecting the Adobe MarTech ecosystem with internal and external platforms
  • Troubleshoot workflow, integration, metadata, and asset management issues
  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and digital teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Support tracking and data collection requirements across web and mobile platforms

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets / DAM
  • Strong knowledge of DAM principles, metadata management, asset taxonomy, workflows, and permissions
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion
  • Experience with Workfront AEM Assets integration and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services
  • Experience integrating Adobe platforms with systems such as Salesforce, Jira, ERP, or other enterprise applications
  • Experience with asset lifecycle management, publishing workflows, and digital asset governance
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
