Job Title: Logistics & Supply chain Scheduler

Location: Houston, TX (onsite)

Duration: 12 months, with potential extension to 18 months.

Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM CST

Desired experience:

• Fuels, Crude, NGL, Refined Products, and/or ethanol scheduling.
• Bulk liquids logistics and transportation scheduling.
• Pipeline nominations and regulated scheduling windows.
• Inventory management, forecasting, and supply reliability.
• Experience working directly with traders, optimizers, refineries, terminals, carriers, and other supply chain stakeholders.
• Strong operational problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Previous Oil & Gas experience is highly desirable, or experience supporting similar integrated energy companies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and coordinating product movements across multiple transportation modes.
• Managing transportation nominations and supporting inventory and supply reliability.
• Coordinating with traders, optimizers, refineries, terminals, carriers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
• Resolving operational issues while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for logistics optimization and continuous improvement.
• Senior resources will also provide subject matter expertise and mentor junior schedulers as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Associate - level: 2+ years of relevant scheduling/logistics experience.
• Advanced – Senior level: 5+ years of relevant scheduling/logistics experience.
• Experience supporting bulk liquids, refining, pipeline, chemicals, or related operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred; they use pipeline operating systems
