Job Description
We are looking for Supply Chain Manager – Vendor Operations
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Vendor Operations, or Supply Chain Program Management, preferably within Jabil, EMS, electronics manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Strong experience managing repair, RMA, reverse logistics, returns, refurbishment, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations.
- Proven expertise in third-party vendor management, SLA/KPI management, demand planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and operational risk mitigation.
- Proficiency with SAP/Oracle or ERP/WMS platforms, advanced Excel, and Power BI, with strong data analysis, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
