Location: Monroe, NY (Orange County) - Onsite 5 days/week

Salary: up to $170k plus benefits (paid in full by the employer), PTO, Bonus, etc (Based on Experience)

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications, APIs, and web services.
• Build responsive user interfaces and scalable back-end services.
• Develop business logic and database solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party services/APIs and support CI/CD and automated testing.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve scalability, security, and reliability.

Requirements
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong SQL/database skills with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and modern development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of security, performance, scalability, and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, or event-driven architectures
• Experience with automated testing and Agile/Scrum
• Proven experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into business or consumer applications
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, vector databases, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
