Senior HR Coordinator

Marvin is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to support our manufacturing teams in Warroad, Minnesota. Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR processes supporting Marvin's manufacturing teams, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
• Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
• Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and assisting with candidate communication and pre-employment processes
• Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and status changes, partnering with payroll and benefits teams as needed
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely guidance or escalation to HR business partners
• Assist with performance review cycles, training logistics, and employee engagement initiatives on the plant floor and in offices
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support leadership visibility into headcount, turnover, and key workforce trends
• Help ensure HR practices meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards within a manufacturing environment
