Description
Join our HR Technology team as a technical-functional lead to support the Incentive Compensation module. 
This hybrid role located in Vienna, VA, involves working with a leading technology platform. 
You will translate complex concepts into business language and provide demonstrations for various audiences. 
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance existing plans and introduce new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Incentive Compensation, with deep knowledge of capabilities, configurations, and integrations. Explain delivered capabilities and provide tailored product demonstrations for diverse audiences. Estimate the level of effort for new compensation plans, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve existing plans and enable new capabilities. Drive implementation, enhancement, and optimization of the Incentive Compensation module.

Qualifications
Proven experience in Incentive Compensation module configuration and integration. Ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences. Experience in estimating project efforts and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills within a technology environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
