Title:Mendix Developer/Business Analyst

Assist Business Analysts (BA) with requirements gathering, system design, application development, testing, and implementation using the Mendix low-code platform
•Participate in design sessions and contribute to the enhancement of operational systems, business processes, and reports
•Analyze and chart existing business processes to define current-state activities for procedure and application modeling
•Develop and document future-state business processes, including:
oBusiness rules
oProcess flow diagrams
oInter-department workflows
•Configure and develop Mendix applications, including: oMicroflows and nanoflows oDomain models oUI components and pages oIntegrations and data sources (as applicable)
•Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders
•Perform data validation and quality assurance activities within Mendix applications
•Assist in pre-go-live testing efforts and respond promptly to issues that arise
•Participate in regular status calls and meetings with agency clients and internal project teams
•Create and maintain project documentation related to development, implementation, and transition phases
•Ensure the Scrum Master / Project Manager is kept informed of task progress, risks, and action items
•Troubleshoot application issues and assist with defect resolution
•Perform other duties as assigned, NOTE -
