Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security. The candidate will be responsible for deploying software, managing Windows updates, troubleshooting deployment issues, and maintaining secure and compliant endpoint systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package, test, and deploy enterprise software across endpoint devices.
- Manage software deployment using Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, or similar tools.
- Perform Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and third-party application updates.
- Monitor endpoint vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches and security fixes.
- Troubleshoot software installation, patching, and configuration issues.
- Automate deployment and patching tasks using PowerShell.
- Maintain endpoint security policies, configuration baselines, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 updates.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with endpoint management and workstation imaging solutions.
- Experience with service management ticketing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Microsoft Graph API
- Patch My PC
- ServiceNow
- PowerShell scripting
Ideal Candidate: An Endpoint Engineer or Desktop Engineer with strong experience in enterprise software deployment, patch management, Windows updates, and endpoint management tools.
