Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)

Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer to test applications, APIs, and system integrations for a California agency's contact center modernization project. The candidate will ensure that all systems work correctly, meet business requirements, and are ready for release.

Responsibilities
  • Create test plans, test cases, and test coverage documents.
  • Review requirements and identify missing test scenarios.
  • Perform end-to-end, API, integration, and browser testing.
  • Test workflows across Amazon Connect, Blazor, .NET services, and integrated systems.
  • Develop and maintain automated regression tests.
  • Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and verify fixes.
  • Support UAT and prepare test reports and release-readiness documentation.

Required Skills

  • Experience in QA, integration, and API testing.
  • Browser automation and regression testing.
  • Ability to read/write automation code, preferably C#.
  • Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with test documentation and UAT.
Preferred Skills
  • Blazor, Amazon Connect, and .NET testing.
  • Accessibility testing and CI/CD automation.
  • Public-sector project experience.
Important: Prior experience with Blazor and Amazon Connect is preferred, not mandatory. Strong integration testing, API testing, and automation skills are the main priorities.
