Job Overview
 
The Sr. PM will manage projects across multiple workstreams — from operations to technical solutions — including writing RFPs and RFQs, developing and managing contracts, overseeing vendors, and developing financial requests to fund projects.
Key Responsibilities:   

• Work with business and IT management to document business cases for technical initiatives.
• Create and manage Business Cases, Project Proposals, Federal and State Funding Requests, RFPs, and RFQs
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of MMIS Advanced Planning Document (APD) iterations.
• Ensure all projects have project plans, risk/issues lists, and SharePoint documentation sites.
• Coordinate resource support across Business Analysis, SQA, and Development teams.
• Manage project scope and track changes through MMIS Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Serve as primary contact for critical IT initiatives from initiation through closure.
