Job Description
Konnecting is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team in NSW. The role focuses on first and second-level helpdesk support, provisioning and configuring new equipment, and participating in IT projects to support the organisation's objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments. A current driver's licence and compliance checks for NSW are required.
