About the Role:

You will lead and coordinate a range of support services including linen, catering, orderly, housekeeping and kiosk operations. You will oversee staff and resources, manage budgets and service agreements, and ensure services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively and to a high standard for patients, staff and external customers.

About You:
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to foster a positive team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial resources and service agreements effectively.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to initiate and manage change.
  • Previous supervisory and customer service experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
