Position Summary

We are seeking experienced QA Leads and QA Managers to join a large-scale banking technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, API testing, CI/CD practices, and leadership within enterprise banking environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead quality engineering efforts, drive automation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams in planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
• Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
• Ensure testing processes comply with enterprise quality standards.
• Provide regular project status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Expertise in Selenium Automation.
• Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with IGNITE.
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with the Karate Framework.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience leading QA teams or managing quality engineering initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
