Job Description

Delaware Park Casino & Racing seeks a Network Analyst/Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, high-availability network infrastructure in a 24/7 gaming and entertainment environment. You will configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, and VPNs to support gaming systems, racing operations, POS, surveillance, and corporate services. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting network performance, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, documenting configurations, coordinating with vendors, and partnering with IT, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable connectivity for guests and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and availability using appropriate tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and performance issues
  • Implement and maintain firewalls and network security controls for gaming compliance
  • Support connectivity for gaming, racing, POS, surveillance, and corporate systems
  • Manage VLANs, Qo
  • S, and routing to optimize traffic and uptime
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for circuits and equipment
  • Assist with capacity planning, upgrades, and technology refresh projects
  • Provide off-hours support in a 24/7 casino and racing environment
