Sitetracker - Technofunctional Architect-

Location : Infosys offices in US, Seattle, WA and Dallas, Tx

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead a cross-functional delivery pod and drive end-to-end solution design, architecture, and program execution for large enterprise transformation initiatives.

• Total 12+ years of experience with at least 10+ years of Salesforce and 2+ years of Site tracker
• Performed solution architect role for at least 3 years and at least one project on Site tracker
• Lead discovery sessions independently with business stakeholders, guiding discussions to define and finalize requirements aligned with Salesforce and Sitetracker capabilities.
• Experience of integrating with Site Tracker with Salesforce and other systems. Integration experience with Service Now is highly preferred
• Architected multi-system or enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.
  Reframe vague customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements that drive solution development.
  Guide and enforce best practices
• Envision and define overall architecture adhering to system capabilities and minimizing customization
• Experience in communications industry is a huge plus
