Job Description

Leidos seeks a SharePoint Farm Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise SharePoint environments that support mission-critical government and commercial customers. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain SharePoint farms, coordinate with infrastructure, security, and application teams, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance. You will automate tasks using PowerShell, manage upgrades and patches, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint farms and related services.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, implementing tuning and optimization.
  • Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Plan and execute patching, upgrades, and migrations with minimal downtime.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using Power
  • Shell and related tools.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and development teams to support solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint and integration issues.
  • Implement and test backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement, best practices, and user enablement.
