Job Description

Senior ICAM Consultant - Team Lead Seeking qualified individuals to support both government and private-sector clients in the development and implementation of identity management architecture and policy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can provide client solutions with minimal instructions and can run independently on projects. The consultant will help lead a high-performing team committed to driving customer satisfaction through delivery and innovation. The ideal candidate must be a good problem solver being able to identify problems on their own and recommend solutions.

The candidate must also have good communications skills and be able to present complex issues in clear and concise documentation. Candidate must work well as part of a team and be able to lead elements of the team. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of ICAM, governance models and overall program operations. Must have at least 2 years of ICAM experience. Candidates must submit a writing sample.

Responsibilities: · Provide consulting support services to government and private-sector clients related to the architecture and policy of enterprise ICAM deployment · Conduct evaluations of existing ICAM technical approaches · Evaluate and establish ICAM program governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms · Conduct risk management assessments of critical assets and develop strategies for their protection · Provide support in developing business cases, resource planning, budget justifications and other documents in support of Identity Management programs Develop white papers, reports and other communications to articulate access control rules and issues
· Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs · Ability to review adherence to PKI policy · Must have understanding of attribute-based access control Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent · Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with 2 of those years of experience in ICAM · Active TS/SCI Clearance
