The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete essential reporting, and maintain clear customer communication.
• Uphold the company's reputation by providing exceptional service and representing the brand with pride.
• Take initiative and make sound judgments to resolve issues effectively in diverse customer situations.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to handle varied daily challenges.
