The Role • Deliver first-class vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers' locations. • Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles. • Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service skills. • Work independently, making informed decisions for each customer's needs. What You'll Need • Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong practical and diagnostic skills for a variety of light vehicles. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
