TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager
Reports to: Social Commerce Director
Full-Time, On-site | Vineyard, UT
Summary:
We are seeking an organized and analytical TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and performance of our TikTok Shop. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage TikTok Shop product listings, pricing, SKUs, product variations, and catalog accuracy
Coordinate products for TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and manage FBT inventory and replenishment
Monitor shop health, performance, and compliance while troubleshooting platform and operational issues
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or a related role
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including listings, campaigns, fulfillment, inventory, and shop health
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with e-commerce data
