Finance Analyst

Medtronic seeks a Finance Analyst to support the Cardiovascular portfolio through financial planning, reporting, and analytics. The role involves developing FP&A reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering financial insights to leadership in Mounds View, Minnesota.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver recurring FP&A reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and forecasting processes
Prepare financial analyses and executive presentations for leadership meetings and business reviews
Analyze financial performance, sales trends, spending, and headcount metrics to identify risks
Serve as subject matter expert for OneStream reporting and support process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
Advanced degree with any amount of relevant experience
Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or business analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into actionable insights
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
