SharePoint Engineer

RightDirection Technology Solutions seeks a SharePoint Engineer to design, configure, and maintain secure SharePoint environments for federal and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and administer SharePoint Online/on-prem environments for federal and commercial clients.
• Create and maintain site collections, lists, libraries, and content types to support collaboration and document management.
• Develop and support workflows and automation using tools such as Power Automate or Nintex.
• Manage permissions, security groups, and compliance settings in alignment with cybersecurity standards.
• Plan and execute SharePoint migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and optimize SharePoint performance, availability, and storage usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Share
• Point-related incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and systems engineering teams to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise services.
• Document configurations, standards, and operating procedures for SharePoint environments.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new SharePoint and Microsoft 365 features.
