Role: TIBCO Architect
Experience: 8–12+ years
Location: Remote 
 

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with TIBCO BW / BusinessWorks 5 & 6
• TIBCO EMS and messaging
• TIBCO BusinessEvents / integration technologies
• Strong SOA, ESB, API and Microservices architecture experience
• REST/SOAP Web Services
• XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL
• Strong Java fundamentals
• Experience with Oracle/SQL and database integration
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
• Strong understanding of Kafka or other messaging platforms
• Cloud integration experience with AWS/Azure
• CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support experience

Architect Responsibilities

• Design scalable and highly available TIBCO integration architectures.
• Lead TIBCO BW/BW6 integration development and migration initiatives.
• Define integration patterns, standards and best practices.
• Design REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
• Work with application, infrastructure and business teams to define technical solutions.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
• Support cloud and legacy TIBCO modernization initiatives.
