Role: TIBCO Architect/Only W2
Location: Atlanta, GA
100% Remote position 

 

 

Experience: 8–12+ years

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with TIBCO BW / BusinessWorks 5 & 6
TIBCO EMS and messaging
TIBCO BusinessEvents / integration technologies
Strong SOA, ESB, API and Microservices architecture experience
REST/SOAP Web Services
XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL
Strong Java fundamentals
Experience with Oracle/SQL and database integration
Experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
Strong understanding of Kafka or other messaging platforms
Cloud integration experience with AWS/Azure
CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and production support experience
Architect Responsibilities

Design scalable and highly available TIBCO integration architectures.
Lead TIBCO BW/BW6 integration development and migration initiatives.
Define integration patterns, standards and best practices.
Design REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration solutions.
Work with application, infrastructure and business teams to define technical solutions.
Review code and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Troubleshoot performance and production issues.
Support cloud and legacy TIBCO modernization initiatives.

DevOps/CI-CD
TIBCO BW5 to BW6 migration experience
Best profile: Someone who is hands-on with TIBCO BW/BW6 + EMS + API integration, but also has strong enterprise architecture and cloud experience.
