Job Description

• Design AI agents, multi-agent systems, autonomous workflows, and tool-using agents.
• Build LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
• Develop RAG pipelines with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
• Implement agent memory, planning, reasoning, tool/function calling, and orchestration.
• Develop AI services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and external tools using MCP (Model Context Protocol) where applicable.
• Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Optimize LLM applications for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Lead technical architecture decisions and mentor AI/ML engineering teams.
• Establish CI/CD, observability, monitoring, testing, and production deployment practices for AI systems.
• Collaborate with product, data, cloud, security, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
