Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and hands-on experience with either Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce CRM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is mandatory.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and documentation.
