The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines for high and extra-high voltage (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair on Germany's overhead power line networks.
• Safely operate machinery and equipment used in overhead line construction.
• Contribute to new construction and modernization projects for overhead lines.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational qualification in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical).
• Ability to work at heights and physical fitness, with proficiency in German.
• Open to motivated career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior formal training.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel, working Monday to Thursday with overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team.
