Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), including metadata management and month-end close support.
• Strong knowledge of financial allocations, cost modeling, variance analysis, and managerial journal entry processing.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle SmartView, and data analysis for troubleshooting, data traceability, and audit support.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise finance, planning, or Oracle EPM applications.
• Familiarity with financial close, forecasting, metadata governance, and workflow management processes.
