Job Title: Business Analyst (Health & Welfare Benefits)

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Westlake, TX (Also open to candidates working in Merrimack, NH office)

Schedule: Hybrid (Onsite every other week, Monday through Friday)

Description: We''re partnering with an industry-leading enterprise organization that is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Health & Welfare benefits experience to support large-scale benefits implementations and platform migration initiatives. Job Duties:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Health & Welfare benefits implementations
• Support benefit plan configuration and platform migration efforts
• Coordinate data conversion and validation activities
• Execute Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT)
• Document requirements, perform root cause analysis, and resolve implementation issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle in an Agile environment

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Health & Welfare benefits experience
• 3+ years of Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT) within Health & Welfare
• Experience supporting benefits implementations or platform migrations
• Strong business analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret business requirements and collaborate with technical and business teams
