YOUR ROLE

You will contribute to business transformation and digitalization initiatives by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will help organizations optimize processes, implement innovative solutions, and deliver value through technology-enabled change.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operational teams, and IT experts to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business needs and challenge existing practices.
• Translate business requirements into clear deliverables such as user stories, functional specifications, process maps, and solution recommendations.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Support initiatives involving data management, reporting, process improvement, automation, cloud solutions, APIs, or emerging technologies.
• Contribute to change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, operational constraints, and technology capabilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in business analysis and project delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance or the Public Sector.
• Experience working in consulting firms, digital transformation programs, IT projects, or complex business environments is highly valued.
• Solid understanding of business processes, systems, data flows, and technology-driven solutions.
• Ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
• Certifications such as IIBA, CBAP, Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a nice to have.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives, process automation, data analytics, cloud technologies, AI, or enterprise applications is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English are required.
