Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner

Location: 100% Remote

Must Haves:
5+ years of Product Owner experience, with the ability to step into a senior-level role and contribute quickly.
Strong hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred.
Experience supporting Salesforce Data Cloud integrations or initiatives.
Experience working within an Agile environment and managing development backlogs/user stories.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across development teams, IT leadership, and business stakeholders.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner Responsibilities:

• Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product backlog and prioritization activities.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker at the development team level, connecting engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders to drive aligned, timely delivery.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, story acceptance, release planning, and prioritization activities.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, Architects, QA resources, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing complex product backlogs.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Proven ability to work across business and technical organizations.
