Overhead Line Technician 110kV | Landshut, Germany | On-site The employer is seeking a dedicated Overhead Line Technician for high-voltage projects up to 110kV. This role is crucial in building and maintaining the energy infrastructure necessary for achieving climate goals and enabling the energy transition. The Role • Construct and erect overhead power lines in the high-voltage (110 kV) range. • Perform maintenance and repairs on Germany's overhead line networks. • Safely operate machinery and equipment relevant to overhead line construction and maintenance. • Contribute to modernization projects of existing power line infrastructure. What You'll Need • Ideally, a vocational qualification in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical). • Ability to work at heights and good physical fitness. • Proficiency in the German language. • A valid Class B driver's license and strong willingness to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday), including overnight stays. • Must be capable of working independently, be reliable, and possess a strong team spirit. • Willingness to learn and adapt is key, as interested career changers with manual dexterity are welcome.
