Job Description

Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources professional to join our team. The Division Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations within the division and ensure HR strategies support overall business objectives. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy administration. The HR Manager will partner closely with division leadership to promote a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead workforce planning, hiring, evaluation, selection, and onboarding efforts to ensure staffing needs are met effectively. Attend and support recruiting events to strengthen and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Manage and oversee onboarding processes for new employees within the division. Monitor, track, and maintain documentation for required and optional training and job assessments. Investigate employee concerns and workplace conflicts and work toward fair and timely resolution.

Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding to reinforce company values and performance expectations. Support employees and leadership with career development, internal growth, and advancement opportunities within the division and across the organization. Advise employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Respond to HR-related questions from candidates, employees, and managers. Schedule and document all employee training using HR systems and software.

Conduct exit interviews when applicable to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Compile and report exit data to leadership to support employee retention initiatives. Maintain reliable attendance and be available to work overtime as business needs require. Qualifications
At least three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources management role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a professional HR certification preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
