Manage pension and retirement plan administration, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timely communication to employees. Maintain accurate HR, safety, benefits, and compliance records, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, plant supervisors, operations team, and company leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, safety protocols, benefits, and workplace concerns.
