On-site Coordinator

Working with an organisation within the construction industry that works towards safety, wellbeing and entitlements, we are looking for someone to support a new initiative of a travelling medical team in the way of onsite coordination. Direct experience isn't required, we are looking for someone who comes from an administration, or coordinator type background and any experience within the construction industry would be a bonus.

This role will be travelling from site to site so will require someone that has a vehicle and is happy with this arrangement. You will be reimbursed for KMs travelled.

What does the role entail?

• Assisting in the administration support for a travelling medical team

• Liaising with site contacts, medical staff and patients within the industry

• Ensuring safe practices are adhered to onsite

• Occasionally contacting customers regarding missed appointments

• Replenishing supplies as required

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced administrator / coordinator / all-rounder

• Must be highly organised

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate with people from both blue and white-collar environments

• Previous experience in construction industry (or similar blue-collar environments)

• Must have their own vehicle (milage will be paid)

• Commitment to 2 month contract

Please note this role will either start at Carlton or direct to site each day and the candidate will be required to travel around sites, via their own vehicle (milage will be paid). The right candidate will need to be centrally located so that they are able to travel to the locations.
