Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused TV/AV Sales Promoter to represent leading global consumer electronics brand within retail stores. You will engage customers, deliver exciting product demonstrations, and help shoppers find the perfect home entertainment solutions while driving sales and enhancing the overall customer experience.

• Location: Slough
• Salary: £12.71/hour
• Contract Length: 2nd Oct 2027
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable home entertainment products.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations of TVs, OLED displays, Mini LED technology, ATMOS Soundbars, and BRAVIA THEATRE U products.
• Drive sales by converting customer interest into product purchases.
• Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across the store display area.
• Build strong relationships with store colleagues and provide product training and support.
• Stay informed on the latest technology trends, product features, and competitor offerings.
• Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and promotional activity while attending regular training sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience within a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Passion for technology and home entertainment products.
• Previous retail sales experience is desirable.
• Understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and retail performance metrics is advantageous.
