Meat and Seafood Coordinator

Supervise the daily operations of the meat and seafood department, including team scheduling, product ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, pricing, and food safety. Monitor sales, labor, margins, and inventory results; support team training and customer service; and maintain clean, safe, well-stocked displays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department staffing, scheduling, hiring, and succession planning.
• Monitor sales, labor, margin, supply costs, and shrink performance against goals.
• Order, receive, stock, package, price, and merchandise department products.
• Supervise, train, and direct department team members, including in the manager's absence.
• Maintain food safety, product freshness, accurate pricing, clean displays, and organized backroom areas.
• Provide customer service and consultation about department products.
