Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Join an early-stage applied AI company as an early recruiting hire, owning end-to-end hiring for engineering and technical roles. You will partner with company leaders to establish the recruiting function and help build a strong technical team.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, applied AI, and product engineering roles.

• Build outbound sourcing pipelines for technical candidates across AI, finance, startups, and university communities.

• Partner with founders and hiring leaders on hiring strategy, role calibration, interview design, and candidate closing.

• Create a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience.

• Develop recruiting systems, workflows, templates, and talent market maps.

What We're Looking For

• Two to eight years of technical recruiting experience, including work in startups or boutique recruiting agencies.

• A track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing engineering candidates in competitive markets, including senior, founding, or infrastructure talent.

• Experience building outbound sourcing pipelines and partnering directly with founders, executives, or senior hiring managers.

• Understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, full-stack, and applied AI roles.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with experience beyond corporate-only recruiting.

• A bachelor's degree from a US university, strong professional tenure, and relevant connections across technical or startup communities.

• Experience with recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and email sequencing tools is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
