Duration: Contract - 12 months


Pay Range: $56.41/hr (W2)

Job Description


We are seeking an IT Program Manager II to lead Network Readiness Delivery for new network products across define, build, and operate phases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in network operational readiness, dependency and risk management, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to ensure compliance to standards, drive cross-functional execution, and achieve on-time, production-ready launches.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to deliver new services and technologies across multiple teams.

  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.

  • Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by partnering with sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Ensure deliverables comply with Network and Enterprise Standards.

  • Support and manage operational readiness and product introductions for cross-functional support teams across global Network technologies.

  • Collaborate with consulting vendors, managed service providers, and internal partners to develop and transition new product introductions.

  • Drive efficiency improvements through process adherence, standards, and continual review.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and tactical projects with accountability for product governance, support model development, business case support, risk analysis, technical assessment, and knowledge management.

  • Produce professional documents using existing templates and provide accurate work descriptions with assumptions and caveats.

  • Serve as a key stakeholder and voter in the Network Product Architecture Review Board (PARB) for operational readiness.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Leadership and ownership. Self-starter, self-directed, and accountable.

  • Understanding of network-based technologies and technical terminology with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions.

  • Experience with release, deployment, or operational readiness across WAN, LAN, MAN, Optical Core, Firewall, Proxy/Threat prevention, Load Balancing, DDI, and AAA.

  • Strong analytical skills. Organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations independently.

  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

  • Experience with Agile framework and SCRUM ceremonies.

  • Excellent client interfacing skills with effective verbal and written communication across all management levels.

  • Ability to work across time zones with flexible hours to support global teams.

  • Primary Skill: CyberSecurity.


Preferred Skills:



  • Strong technical acumen with experience in networking design, operations, and implementation services.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Ability to partner effectively for initiative success.

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus.

  • Participation in design, implementation, or operations of major IT projects.
