Job Description


We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst II focused on network change governance and execution to join our dynamic team in Jersey City. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in change management across network and infrastructure domains and a proven ability to enable safe, efficient delivery while reducing production risk and improving service stability.


Role Logistics



  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.

  • Target start month: October or November.

  • Interview process: 1-2 rounds, video required. Glider ID verification.

  • On resume: include current location, relocation plan, availability or start date, and cooling-off details if applicable.


Responsibilities:



  • Lead change governance and oversight for network and infrastructure changes in line with risk controls and standards.

  • Review and challenge high-risk changes to confirm readiness, mitigation, and rollback planning. Support go or no-go decisions.

  • Oversee global change activity across regions and teams. Provide real-time oversight during key change windows.

  • Validate change readiness, including implementation steps, rollback strategies, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Analyze change-related incidents, identify trends, and partner with engineering and operations to improve change quality and stability.

  • Act as a coordination point among infrastructure, application, and service teams. Facilitate governance forums such as CAB or CAC.

  • Drive process improvements, standardization of templates and runbooks, and adoption of best practices across a high-volume environment.

  • Support use of ITSM tools, including ServiceNow or Remedy, to enhance visibility, automation, and reporting.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 5+ years in network operations, infrastructure, or change management.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles. ITIL knowledge preferred.

  • Experience in fast-paced, high-volume, global environments with competing priorities.

  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

  • Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira.

  • Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills with clear communication.
