Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead POS QA professional with strong expertise in retail Point-of-Sale (POS) applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in POS testing, retail technology platforms, self-checkout, PCI compliance, EMV testing, and end-to-end integration validation.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of overall software testing experience with a strong focus on Retail POS systems.
Hands-on QA experience working with Retail POS applications, devices, and platforms.
Strong understanding of end-to-end POS functional flows and POS interfaces within the retail domain.
Hands-on experience with POS self-checkout testing.
Experience with PCI compliance validation and EMV testing.
Strong experience in upstream and downstream POS system integration testing.
Experience creating test data and executing comprehensive end-to-end POS test scenarios.
Proven experience validating POS devices, applications, transactions, and integrations.
Strong understanding of retail technology and Retail/E-commerce business processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail technology environment.

Domain: Retail / E-commerce experience is required.
