What You'll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in promoting Eagle's products, services, and community impact by:
Designing and producing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, signage, and digital content. Creating marketing materials for branches, business development efforts, community outreach, and organizational initiatives. Managing and maintaining Eagle's visual brand standards. Updating website content and supporting digital marketing efforts. Coordinating promotional items, printed materials, and marketing inventory.

Managing relationships with printers, agencies, and other marketing vendors. Supporting community outreach programs, sponsorships, and events. Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Two or more years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions. Experience supporting community events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives. Knowledge of website content management systems and digital marketing best practices.
