Assembler

Johnson Service Group has an immediate opportunity for an assembler in Orange, CA We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to perform cable and wire assembly, soldering, crimping, molding, testing, and inspection while following engineering drawings and work instructions. Pay rate: $20- $23/Hr.

Responsibilities Cable cutting and cable preparation Connector-end and flying-lead/strip-end preparation Crimp terminal lugs and connector ends Coax cable assembly Stuffing and epoxy application Epoxy mold, pre-mold, and overmold operations Shrink tubing and solder splicing Braid/shield preparation and machine braiding Mold setup and hardware installation Testing and in-process inspection Final visual inspection Read and interpret drawings, routers, and work instructions Communicate effectively and follow instructions in English Maintain quality, safety, and production standards Qualifications Cable/wire assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Soldering and crimping experience preferred Ability to read drawings and routers Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and English skills Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks #D800 JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
