Position Overview

seeking a Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cryptography, PKI, HSM engineering, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity. The engineer will lead technology initiatives focused on security, encryption, certificate management, secrets management, and governance while collaborating with cyber product managers and architects to deliver secure cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects involving cryptography, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems.

• Collaborate with cyber product managers and architects to build security-focused cloud solutions.

• Assess security risks related to data confidentiality and integrity.

• Design and implement cryptographic solutions, including encryption, hashing, digital signatures, and key management.

• Enhance enterprise-wide cryptography governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance practices.

• Stay current on emerging technologies, participate in technology communities, mentor engineers, and occasionally code or review code.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 4+ years of Cyber Security experience.

• 2+ years of Cryptography experience.

• 2+ years working with Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• 2+ years of Unix/Linux administration experience.

• 2+ years of experience with FutureX and Thales HSMs.

• 2+ years of experience with Venafi, DigiCert, or other certificate lifecycle management platforms.

• 2+ years of experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions.

• 1+ year of experience with Cortex XSOAR.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 5+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience.

• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, or Ruby.

• 4+ years using security tools and frameworks such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.
