AWS Cloud Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and support cloud infrastructure and applications on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Deploy and maintain EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

• Monitor AWS environments and troubleshoot production issues.

• Manage cloud security, access, and IAM policies.

• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS as required.

• Perform cloud deployments, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery activities.

• Write scripts using Python or Shell for automation.

• Support production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

• Work with Development, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.

• Experience with EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

• Good knowledge of AWS networking and security.

• Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, and CI/CD.

• Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Python or Shell scripting.

• Production support and troubleshooting experience.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience

4+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps.
