You will work alongside technical teams to improve operational stability, strengthen network security, and contribute to efficient day-to-day infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, procedures, and operational standards. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that may include after-hours and weekend support, along with occasional travel to office or data center locations.

Requirements

Practical experience working with Linux and Windows server administration in production environments. Solid understanding of virtualization concepts and core networking principles. Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP and experience with routing, switching, and general network troubleshooting. Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies, including routers and security platforms such as Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.

Exposure to Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and related network protocols is preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
