The Living Company is seeking a Business Systems Lead - Enterprise Applications to consolidate HR, payroll and workforce management onto Dayforce. You will lead design, data migration, testing and training with partners and internal teams. Post-launch, drive stability, automation and roadmap across TLC's people platforms.
Bring 5+ years configuring HR/payroll systems, strong analysis and stakeholder skills, and hands-on project delivery experience. This role is based in Sydney CBD, on-site.
