Job Description WFM Technical Specialist Contract Opportunity

I'm currently looking for an experienced WFM Technical Specialist to support a major enterprise transformation program.

We're looking for someone with strong technical Workforce Management experience, particularly across complex enterprise implementations, integrations and data migration.

You'll work closely with business, technology and implementation partners to support the Workforce Management stream and help deliver the technical solution successfully.

Qualifications
  • ADP Workforce Software (ADP WFS) experience - highly preferred
  • WFM technical configuration and integrations
  • Interface design and troubleshooting
  • Data migration and testing support
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale WFM implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across multiple delivery teams
