We're hiring for an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by providing impactful and tailored educational support. The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, as appropriate to your skills, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, with a preference for working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
