The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and exceptional member service during roadside emergencies.
• Tackle a variety of automotive challenges, from routine fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your shifts from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• The ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
